What makes these exercises better than anything else? Well, you can do them anywhere.

This is exactly the case with the next three CrossFit exercises. Wherever you find yourself, you can always put your body to the test and try to do one of these extremely difficult, yet very efficient workouts.

First off, the burpee. Start in a standing position, squat down and bring your hands to the ground, then kick your legs back and get yourself in a pushup position.

From here, jump back to your feet and finally jump up off the ground. That’s one. Now do it again… and again.

Next up is the stair climb. This one is pretty self-explanatory. Find a set of stairs and run up and down them.

It doesn’t end there, however. Running up and down the steps can get challenging, but try doing bear crawls instead of running, and after that, try hopping up the stairs.

Lastly, wall climbs. Place yourself in front of a wall, jump up, then use your triceps to do a muscle-up. This will work out your arms in a way that few exercises can. If that’s still too easy, try wearing a weighted vest or belt.
